Succulent cuts of chicken breast or thigh, slowly marinated in natural yogurt, mint sauce and spiced with fresh green chillies and ginger.  Sizzled to perfection and served with Jagu’s special mint chutney.

Jagu’s Jeera Chicken
Pan cooked chicken wings, richly flavoured with cumin seeds and ground cumin, with fresh green chillies, ginger and garlic.

Jagu’s Tandoori Drumsticks
Succulent and spicy chicken drumsticks, chargrilled on a barbeque or cooked in an authentic tandoor.  Also supplied uncooked.

Jagu’s Lamb Sheesh Kebab
Minced lamb, seasoned with fresh green chillies, ginger, garlic and fresh chopped coriander.  Slowly barbequed to capture an authentic chargrilled flavour and served with Jagu’s special mint chutney.

Jagu’s Macchi Tikka
Fresh variety of fish including tilapial,  marinated in Jagu’s special blend of spices, lemon juice, fresh green chillies, ginger and garlic.  Pan-fried or chargrilled on the barbeque whilst fresh lemon juice is squeezed on to the fish during cooking.  May contain small fish bones.

Jagu’s Jhinga
Exotic, tender tiger or king prawns, marinated with fresh chillies, ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Supplied uncooked only.
